●If you know about Hybridisation then doing this would be very easy
●Assuming you know●
☆1st Find out the hybridisation of BeF2
which is sp means linear is structure.
☆Therefore the dipole moments cancel out as the FBF bond angle is 180.
●Similarly for CO2 it is also linear
●CH4 and CCl4 are sp3 hybridised therefore shape is tetrahedral and since all the terminal atoms in CH4 and CCl4 are smae dipole moments cancel out vectorically .
