Explain why HCL is a strong acid and acetic acid is a weak acid. how can it be verified?

then it will be formatted in the concept or in theory

we can normally say that the compound which gives H+ ion more in the solution then it will be more acidic so cl- ion is more stable than acetate ions through. we can easily say that HCL is more acidic
