As the bottle was in the fridge it's surface is cold. You know that the air around us contains some water vapour. When the cold surface of the bottle comes in contact with the water vapour present then the air condenses to form tiny droplets of water and we notice a puddle of water around the bottle.

because the water molecules present in the air stick to the bottle and convert into water
