It is difficult to earmark an exact date in history because very often, events in history are spread out over a long period of time. An event may erupt on a particular day but it is usually the result of a long chain of circumstances that have built up over a period of time. For example, although formally, India attained independence on August 15, 1947, this was a result of the freedom movement that had been going on from the early part of the 20th century.

Hope this will help u

It is quite difficult to earmark an exact date in history as a long chain of circumstances led to the occurrence of a particular event. Therefore, it is not possible to give an accurate date to an event. For instance, formally India got its freedom from the occupation of the EEIC on 15th, August 1947 but it was the result of the nationalist movements that began before a century.
