Anything which changes with time and space and has the capacity to be uncertain is said to be dynamic. A language is said to be a dynamic when it changes with time and evolves itself continuously. Language needs to be dynamic in nature so as to maintain its life. The English language is a dynamic language as it has passed the question of time. With time the language has changed and evolved itself and thereby today is considered to be the world language.
