Explain why o-hydroxybenzaldehyde is a liquid whereas p-hydroxybenzaldehyde is a solid

Due to intermolecular H-bonding ortho-hydroxy benzaldehyde exists as discrete moleculewhereas due to intermolecular H- Bonding, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde exists as associated molecules.
