Explain why planets do not twinkle but stars twinkle, stars appear higher from horizon then they acutally explain why it is so

stars twinkle because they have huge amount of heat energy stored in them.but plants doesn't have heat energy and instead have a surface.

Planets do not have their own light they reflect others light...that is the reason they appear to give steady light.

Whereas stars are luminous and provide their own light ...so they appear to twinkle.
