Explain why planets don not twinkle but stars twinkle

Here is your answer mate.....

the stars also not twinkle but the refraction of light through the atmosphere of earth. and their small size made it so and although the planets are present At shorter distance they looks larger hence displacement by refraction seems very Small that that

they are not been observed as twinkling.
