Answer:

First u must understand what is friction.

Friction is the force which avoid relative sliding.

The static friction is the Friction which acts till the body is on verge to slide.

static friction acts according to its requirement

but it has a limit if the limit is crossed then only sliding friction will act.

sliding friction is the friction which acts on a body when it starts sliding and it's constant not like static.

If sliding friction will be greater than static Friction then a body will never move.

since limiting static friction is the highest friction.
