Explain why steam at 100°c is better for heating purposes than boiling water at 100°c?​

This is due to presence of extra energy in steam in the form of latent heat that is due to change the state.

Steam has grater energy then water at 100 deg C, this extra energy names as latent heat.

So steam cause more heating in compare to water at this temp.
