Explain,why,the heart beats faster during and after an exercise?

Because of more oxygen at the time of running on the track. So that's why the heartbeat increases

when you are exercising your muscles need extra oxygen some three types as much as resting muscles . this need means that your heart starts keeping faster which makes for a quicker pules . meanwhile your lungs are also taking in more air hence the harder breathing
