The planets do not twinkle mainly because planets never emit their own light.

There are many reasons available for why planets do not twinkle.

Planets are closer to earth as well as are always seen as the extended sources.

The planets are considered as the blend of many point-sized light sources.

Thus, planets appear bright and they never twinkle.
