Stars twinkle because they appear as tiny pinpoints as seen from Earth, even through telescopes.Planets don't twinkle because they are closer, and thus appear larger in our sky, as tiny disks instead of pinpoints.

Planets Don't appear to be twinkle because they are near the earth than stars and can be seen as big rounds in sky...

whereas stars are so far than others planets and are seen as pinpoints in sky....due to typical working of human eye ,they appear to be twinkle
