The right to freedom is a cluster' Explain. Freedom of speech and expression, which enable an individual to participate in public activities. Freedom to assemble peacefully without arms, on which the State can impose reasonable restrictions.

In the following ways, it can be said that the right to freedom is a cluster of rights:

1. It incorporates many of the freedom rights such as the Freedom of speech and expression; which empower an individual to involve in civic activities.

2. The people of India have the freedom to assemble unobtrusively without firearms, however, the state on this impose rational restrictions.

3. Freedom to create unions or organizations, with the same assumption of some restrictions.

4. The people of India enjoy the freedom to travel freely anywhere in the territories of India but some limitations.  

5. The Indian people exercise the freedom to stay and settle anywhere in the Indian Territory. However, with some restrictions to protect the natives and the tribal people from oppression and exploitation.

6. Under the concept of the right to freedom, Indian people exercise the freedom of practice any occupation or profession, business or trade with some restrictions to protect the consumers from exploitations.
