because the plants are grown on the soil and roots hold the soil tightly so they don't allow the soil to get eroded very easily but in the bare soil there is no roots is there is no plants and that's why the soil get eroded

Trees or plants, hold the soil by their roots which protects the soil from getting eroded. While an area without any vegetation has higher chances of being eroded.
