explain why the wind and pressure belts move north and south during the course of a year?

there's nothing to explain much in these.....
it's simple, as the sun moves from Tropic of Cancer to Tropic of Capricorn and back again..... the position of low pressure system changes along with it and so we find the pressure belts to shift along.....
