explain why there are two separate circuit for high power rating appliance and low power rating appliance

We use ring circuit in the electrical wiring.
When we use high power rating appliances, it reduce the no of appliances used simultaneously when connected in the same circuit to avoid over loading.
Therefore we need different ring circuits for different different types of appliances.
