Explain why x = 5 makes 4x − 1 ≤ 19 true but not 4x − 1 < 19

in second eq. lhs is only less than rhs.

so in first eq. 19is less or equal to 19 so it's true. but in the second eq. 19is less than 19..but actually 19is equal to 19, so the second eq is not true.
