Explanation:

Materials needed: two magnets, one thread

Procedure: suspend one of the magnet with a thread bring the other magnet's north side close ( but not in direct contact) to the suspended magnet's north side.

Observation: You will see that the two magnets repel each other without coming in direct contact with each other.

Conclusion: Magnetic force acts even when its not in contact. Hence its a non contact force.
