EXAMPLES :

Present Perfect Continuous Form

I have been studying for four hours

Past Perfect Continuous Tense

It had been there since last month

Perfect Continuous means the use of been after helping verb and the use of since and for accordingly at the last of the sentence formed.

Present : Has/ Have is used as helping verb

Past. : Had is used as helping verb
