This experiment can be proved by using acetone.
Acetone is a highly volatile liquid and evaporates even in the heat of our palm.
Place a little drop of it in the palm of the hand and it soon evaporates creating a chillness in our palm.
That place in our palm becomes extremely cool.
This proves that heat is absorbed during evaporation.
