We require a law in order to suppress the overgrowth of too many illegal or criminal activities. It is not only associated with crimes but also to reduce the risk of unemployment. For example it is a law that a person above the age of 65 should retire, so that the company may employ some other people as staff. It is written in the laws that stealing money from a money lender or anyone is an offence, this shall be seen as a severe outcome because the person has to suffer imprisonment.
