a)According to the law of refraction of light, the ray of light bends towards the normal.

b)According to the law of refraction of light, the ray of light bends away from the normal.

c) When the light falls normally to the surface it makes an angle of zero degrees with respect to it’s normal, no refraction takes place and the ray of light passes straight to the media unrefracted.
