initially the chromosome start condensation and they became compact during liptotene.

Zygotene -

homologos chromosomes starts pairing it is called sinapsis.

Pachytene -

crossing over of non sister chromatids of chromosomes takes place.

Diplotene -

synaptonemal complex dissolves and the human chromosomes of the bi valence separate except at the point of crossing over.

Diakinesis -

the spindle fibres originate and the cross kauwa homeo logos chromosomes are now separated.
