therefore understand that mass is independent quantity. it doesn't depend on gravitational force. so, mass of object remains constant. e.g, mass of object on the earth's surface = 10kg

and if your question is weight of object on the moon's surface is 10kg

then, weight of object on the earth's surface will be 6 × 10 = 60kg
