in Parliament law is taken in form of a bill on which all the members of the Parliament sit together and talk about for example if a bill is to be passed first it will be taken in the return form and then debate will start about it then the parties representative who had wrote the bill will tell about it at a position will ask question and will be satisfied with the answer would slap the hand on the table to show their majority and to pass a bill two third of the majority is required
