We know, when magnetic field is directly proportional to magnetic lines of force . Means if magnetic lines of force are more concentrated at a point respect to another point then that point have more magnetic field with respect to the point which contains less concentrated magnetic lines of force.
In case of circular loop, magnetic lines of force are highly concentrated at centre as shown in figure. so, magnetic field is strong at centre . While in case of circumference , magnetic field is weaker than centre.

The magnetic field will be stronger near the circumference of the loop as , the magnetic field lines are more crowded near the circumference , more the lines are crowded the stronger the magnetic field is
Electric current in a circular loop creates a magnetic field which is more concentrated in the center of the loop than outside the loop. Stacking multiple loops concentrates the field even more into what is called a solenoid
