1. In Travelex Corporation employees are not having common goal.

They dont have the sense of unity among themselves , management and firm.

They are not being properly trained, not given rewards or appreciation for their efforts, business values are igmored.

Their main focus is on production and not on the process of production,

as they are not aware about the lackings in the process like employee management , their skills and trust among them.

Due to which they are unable to achieve compititive advantage in the market.

2. If i were a Chief Execuive Officer i would seek to improve the quality of product.
