The rational number which gives the same number is found out to be zero when we add that number to the number itself.

 \frac{0}{1}  +  \frac{0}{1}  =  0

0+0= 0

1+1 = 2

2+2 = 4

from above answer u can observe that

only 0 the rational number that can be added to itself to get the same number
