Explian that physical change are mostly reversible change but can be also irreversible by giving an example of each?

yes,
physical changes are reversible changes
if we talk about the change of state of matter such as freezing of water or boiling of water then it is a physical change and also a reversible change.

but in the same case if we talk about the breaking of Glass the physical property of Glass is changed but it is not a reversible change.

why is the chemical change is a Irreversible change all type

Yes physical changes are mostly reversible changes which can be reversed back . For example melting of candle wax.In this molted wax can again be changed into candle.
Chemical changes are irreversible which cannot be reversed back .For example burning of candle wax and wick (thread).
