This is because electronegativity of halogen atom decrease from F to I. hence, the polar character decrease and so is the dipole movement.

Dipole moment of hydrogen halides decreases from HF to HI because the ionic character in a covalent bond depends on the difference between the electronegativity of the two atoms , therefore the diapole moment decreases....
