Dispersion of white light.

As we know that Isaac Newton so that white light is made up of seven colour that we see in a rainbow.

the phenomenon of breaking of of light into its 7 constituents colour is known as dispersion of light.

The band of colours produced when white light is a speeds of is called a spectrum.
