Hey vieola!

★5^9 × 5^-9

→ 5^9+(-9)

a^m × aⁿ = a^m+n

→ 5^9-9

→ 5^0

→ 1

a^0 = 1

According to the question, 5^9×5^-9÷5^-1

→ 1/5^-1

→ 5¹ = 5

1/a^-n =aⁿ

★(-4/3)²÷(-4/3)^5

→ (-4/3)^2-5

→ (-4/3)^-3

→ (-3/4)³

→ -27/64

Hope it helps

5^9 × 5^-9 ÷ 5^-1

= 5^(9+(-9)) ÷ 5^-1

[ a^m × a^n= a^(m+n)]

= 5^0 ÷ 5^-1

[a^m ÷ a^n = a^(m-n)]

= 5^(0-(-1))

= 5^(0+1)

= 5^1

= 5

(-4/3)^2 ÷ (-4/3)^5

= (-4/3)^2 ÷ (-4/3)^5

= (-4/3)^(2-5)

[a^m÷a^n = a^(m-n)]

= (-4/3)^-3

= (-3/4)^3

[(a/b)^-m = (b/a)^m]

= -27/64
