We have 0.6=610 ...(1)

Let x=0.7¯=0.777... ...(2)

Subtracting (1) from (2), we get

9x = 7 ⇒x=79 or 0.7¯=79

Now, let y=0.47¯=0.4777...

∴10y=4.7¯ ...(3)

And 100y=47.7¯ ...(4)

Subtracting (3) from (4), we get

90y = 43 ⇒y=4390

∴0.47¯=4390

Now, 0.6+0.7¯+0.47¯=610+79+4390=54+70+4390=16790

So, 16790 is of the form pq and q≠0.

ANOTHER METHOD IS THERE TO MAKE ITS CLEAR ON THE GIVEN PICTURE

HOPE ITS HELPFUL TO YOU
