We know that, 

a = bq + r  (Euclid's lemma) . 

Let 107 be 'a'.

Then,

107 = 4q + 3.

→ 107-3 = 4q

→ 104 = 4 q 

→ q = \frac{104}{4}

→ q = 26.

Therefore the value of q is 26.

& 107 = 4q+3 = 4(26) + 3
