\huge\mathfrak{Answer:}

a =  \frac{2}{3} \:  \:  \:  b = 1  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \: c =  -  \frac{1}{3}

\huge\sf{solution:}

 \frac{2}{3} x + y =  \frac{1}{3}

write it in standard form of Linear equation :- ax + by + c = 0

 \frac{2}{3} x + y -  \frac{1}{2}  = 0

Now by comparing

 \frac{2}{3} x = ax

a =  \frac{2}{3}

by = y

b = 1

c =  \frac{ - 1}{</strong><strong>3</strong><strong>}
