Step-by-step explanation:

The numbers that are in the form of  pq, where p and q are integers and q ≠0, are called rational numbers.

For example:

Five positive rational numbers:

57,−3−4,78,−14−15,59

Five negative rational numbers:

 −37,−38,8−9,−1925,8−25

Yes, there is a rational number that is neither positive nor negative, i.e. zero (0).

Answer:

a) I order to get 6 in the numerator we need to multiply -3 with the numerator.

=> -2 × -3 = 6

Now we also have to multiply the denominator by -3 in order to protect the meaning of the question

=> 5 × -3 = -15

(because if we only multiply -3 in numerator the question becomes a different one)

So the rational number with numerator as 6 is -6/15
