The exponential form of -27/125 is -(\frac{3}{5} )^{3}

  • To write any number in exponential form, factorize it.

             -27 = -9 x 3

                   = - 3 x 3 x 3

                   = -(3)^{3}

              125 = 25 x 5

                     = 5 x 5 x 5

                     = 5^{3}

              -\frac{27}{125} = - (\frac{3}{5}) ^{3}
