4 \sqrt{1250}  \\  \\  = 4 \sqrt{125 \times 10}  \\  \\  = 4 \sqrt{5 \times 5 \times 5 \times 5 \times 2}  \\  \\  = 4 \times 5 \times 5 \sqrt{2}  \\  \\ 100 \sqrt{2}
