Hey there!

★ KNOW WHAT ARE PRIME NUMBERS :

A Prime number (or Prime) is a Natural number greater than 1 that has no positive divisors other than 1 and itself.

★ According to your question,

40 = 37 + 3

Here, (as we all know)
3 and 37 are Prime numbers as well as Odd integers.

EXCEPTION:
40 Can also be expessed in many other ways.
Few Examples ↓↓

40 = 29 + 11
or
40 = 23 + 17

Therefore,
We Expressed 40 as Sum of Two Odd Prime numbers/integers.
