= \frac{5 \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{5} } \\= \frac{5 \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{5} } \times \frac{ \sqrt{5} }{ \sqrt{5} } \\ =\frac{5 \sqrt{15} }{5} \\ =\sqrt{15}
since  \sqrt{15} is irrational

hi..

We have to express 5√3 / √5 as a rational number .

 \frac{5 \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{5} }

 = \frac{5 \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{5} } \times \frac{ \sqrt{5} }{ \sqrt{5} }

 = \frac{5 \sqrt{3} \times \sqrt{5} }{ \sqrt{5} \times \sqrt{5} }

 = \frac{5 \sqrt{15} }{5}

 = \frac{5 \times \sqrt{15} }{5}

 = \sqrt{15}
Hence Expressed .
