Students WILL need to bring their phones to school everyday. Why? Because what if there’s a real emergency going on around ? Then, you obviously need to call someone. Or if someone's breaking through the school, you can call the police (911) or your parents to know what’s happening. Even if there’s fire in the school, you can always call for help. Without your phone, you can’t call your parents to know what’s happening, or call 9-11 for help.
Another reason is that Phones could also be used for academics and/or technology source. For example, you need to search something up school-based information. Cell phones could also be used as reminders. Since students have to do loads of the assignments, they can check their reminds in/at their phone. Teachers can send a message to them about what to finish, or all that stuff. And without this, students could have some hard time on working off their tons of assignments.
Phones could also be used as job or school preparations. They also could be used as school-based tools to search up educational stuff like research. For ex: If you need to search something about something that’s like, about Math, English, Science, or Social Studies or any other subject, you can just easily search it up in your phone. Without using your cellphones to do this, you can’t search something up to help you research about any of your projects or work or assignments.
