Hi friend here is your answer
_______________________________________
Consider a satellite of mass m orbiting around around earth at height h let Vc be the velocity of the satellite
Therefore radius of orbit is (R+h)
Let
M = Mass of the earth
R = Radius of the earth
So for circular motion the necessary centripetal force is provided by gravitational force of attraction between satellite and earth
Hence
Centripetal = gravitational
Force Force
MVc^2/(R+h) = GMm/R+h) ^2
Vc = root of GM/(R+h)
For low altitude R >> h
So neglecting h
Vc = root of GM/R
