social diversity includes people that vary from age, gender, marital status, race, cultural and religious beliefs etc this leads to a group with a diverse amount of perspectives and thoughts which are indirectly or directly voiced to an individual or an organization. in terms it also manipulates the thoughts and reasonings for the audience itself. this leads to a discussion whether the cause is good or bad this leads a range of voices being heard, evaluated and excuted by the individual and organization listening. this strengthens the social communitiy and leads to a more open democracy
