It depends upon the location and the status of that location, if Corona virus is still wide spread in a certain location the need for lockdown extension is a must to combat this virus spread, some countries like USA and Germany are relaxing their lockdown measures because they got this under control but countries like UK has decided to extend the lockdown because they are still in trouble.
and as for India, We have variety of different condition and status for the CoronaVirus, for example some states like kerela had handled this situation very well, they may relax the lockdown measures but some states like Maharashtra there is still the fear of virus spread thus, we should allow certain states to relax their lockdown and others to still maintain it.
