Hey folk...
Fators affecting Extensive properties are:-
1.size
2.amount of matter present in it.
These are additive because when the two identical substance are added their total mass and volume both comes out to be sum total of their individual mass.
The ratio of two extensive properties is always an intensive property.
They do no depend upon size or amount of matter.
Like density: if we add two mixtures of diff densities , the new density is not the sum of infividual liquids
