(a) 'his' refers to Lord Ullin
'us' refers to the Chieftain Andrew his beloved(Lord Ullin's daughter)

(b)The bonny bride is the beautiful beloved of the Chieftain. She has defied her father who is angry with her and wants to kill the Chieftain. If the Chieftain waste killed Th ere would be no one to comfort or console and support her. That is what it means.

(c)The lover would be slain because her he has eloped with Lord Ullin's daughter.

a. Here 'his'has been referred to Lord ullin .'us' has been referred to Lord ullin's daughter and her lover.
b.The phrase mean if the lover die then there will be no one to cheer Lord ullin's daughter. Her lover therefore is very worried and request the boatman to help them to cross the road.
