Answer:

50 seconds

Explanation:

S= d/t

speed = distance /time;

But here distance is in metere and speed is in km/h.

Two solutions for this:

1) . Convert km/h to m/s by multiplying 5/18

      36 * 5/18 =  10 m/s

        10 = 500/time i.e. speed = distance/time

      we  get the time is 50 seconds

2) Convert meter in kilometers

    500 / 1000 = 0.5km

      36 = 0.5/time or .   36 = 5/ (10*time)

    we get the time in hrs i.e. 5/360 .

    multiply by 3600 to get result in seconds we got 50 sec

Answer:

speed=36km/h

DISTANCE=500M =1m=1000km

so divide 500÷1000=0. 5 km

time = D/S

0. 5/36 = 1/12h=60/12min

10/12×60=50 sec.
