2. Ploughing/Tilling of land, Levelling

Adding manures and fertilisers in the soil

Crop protection from weeds, pests and diseases

Harvesting, threshing, winnowing

3. Ploughing refers to the loosening and turning of soil. It takes place before levelling. It can done by using either a plough, a hoe or a cultivator.

Levelling refers to the breaking of crumbs(big soil pieces) in the ploughed field. It takes place after ploughing. It can be done using a wooden plank known as leveller.
