In F=GMm/r^2 (Gravitational Law), F represents the force between the two bodies..!! It means that Force between two bodies is equal and opposite to each other.
If there are two bodies, having mass M and m respectively, and force between them is F, then M will attract m with force F and same goes for m, As m will attract M with the same force F.
But the point to be noted here that, Although the force between them is equal, the acceleration between two bodies should be different. (due to gravitational force)
Acceleration on M is equal to A= F/M.
